Seven years ago our drummers (Kris's) uncle was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Multiple sclerosis is a condition that affects the brain and spinal cord. In MS, the coating that protects your nerves (myelin) is damaged causing signals from your brain to be disrupted. This causes a range of symptoms, In Kris' uncles case the symptoms include:

• Weakness in limbs
• Seizures 
• Permanent double vision and temporary blinded 
• Loss of concentration
• Trouble with balence

Once diagnosed, MS stays with you for life, However treatments and specialists can help to manage the condition and its symptoms. 

We found out first hand just how important the work and the MS centre in Bedford is when Kris shared a day there with his Uncle. His trip is documented in this short Vlog and shows the incredible efforts The Multiple sclerosis Centre  are making to make life with MS that bit easier. The Centre does not receive any funding from the NHS or local government and so These efforts can only continue with your help.

CITY LIES CHARITY SINGLE.

On December 22nd, the band will be releasing a charity single featuring Conor Ball from The Vamps plus video cameos from members of The Smiths, Madina Lake, Anavae, Nothing but Thieves, Bang Bang Romeo, Bloxx, I Divide, The Lottery Winners, Go Primitive, BBC Introducing, among notable models and social media celebrities.  The donations developed by the single will be directly given to the Multiple Sclerosis Centre in BedfordShire & Northampton.

The single and video highlights the connection, collaborative effort, support and understanding of the creative industries towards something as devastating as Multiple Sclerosis.
