We are running this race in memory of our Dad, Peter Stanton. Our Dad was fit, healthy, and told bad jokes as most, but unexpectedly and very sudden died of a heart attack. It shows that no matter who you are or how healthy you can be, heart disease can be a silent killer.

We all hope the funds we raise for the British Heart Foundation will continue their dedication and work towards research for fighting this disease. 

Please dig deep and remember its not just about us running, but the continued work and development to help people like our Dad who had no signs or illness, and hope that the British Heart Foundation can prevent what happened to us to any other family.
