We know that some of our supporters want to do their own thing, and were lucky that people organise all sorts of incredible events to support The Trussell Trust.

Story

We are asking anyone who feels able to, to donate a small fee to The Trussell Trust in return for a very special Facebook Live performance from the one and only Mark Morriss (The Bluetones) on Sunday 5th April at 8pm.

We’re doing all we can to support food banks at this time. Your support makes a real difference, and we’re grateful for your generosity in this time of uncertainty.

From Trussell Trust:

Following the Prime Minister’s announcement on 23rd March, food banks face a difficult decision about whether they are able to stay open.

Last year, food banks in our network provided more than 1.6 million emergency food parcels to people in crisis. More than half a million of these went to children. It’s not right that people can’t afford the basics. With your help, we can help end the need for food banks. As a nation, we expect no one should be left hungry or destitute. Illness, disability, family breakdown or the loss of a job can happen to any of us. With your help #ThisCanChange
