St wilfreds are a charity who rely on donations and contributions to continue providing outstanding services to patients and familes on their palliative care journey.

Our main reason for doing this fundraising it to help a hospice that has provided a close friend's mum and their family with amazing care and support! Her mum Megan has been living with metastatic cancer for 8 years and needed an inpatient stay with St wildfreds. Not only do they provide specialist support for people with life limiting conditions they support families who may be dealing with bereavement, providing families with incredible support and counselling to help during a very difficult time!

Another reason for being part of fundraising for St Wilfreds is so that the hospice can continue to help other patients and their families deal with the most difficult time in their lives.
