The Scottish SPCA rescue, rehabilitate, release, and rehome Scotland's animals. We educate people about the welfare of animals in our mission to eradicate animal cruelty. We investigate abuse across Scotland and bring those who abuse animals to justice. We are Scotland’s animal champions.

On the 4th & 5th of June 2010, members of Edinburgh Napier Facilities Services Department will be setting out to quell and conquer the St Cuthbert's Way in order to raise £5000 for the Scottish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

The Challenge entails covering a distance of 65 miles between Melrose and Holy Island over two days, the "trek/tab" will be broken down into four stages approx 15-16 miles in length.
