I've spent the last six months working my ass off behind a computer screen to help make Thighs of Steel 2023 a reality.

Now it's time for the easy bit: cycling 5,400km from Glasgow to Athens 😅

SORRY WHAT?!?

Oh yes. I'll be part of the core team from Glasgow to Milan (yep - over the Alps) and hopefully rejoining for more punishment as we ride in from Dubrovnik to Athens (yep - through Albania and Macedonia).

What that means is that I'll cycle about two thirds of the way and drive Calypso the other one third. And I won't sleep for two months. 😴

Together, we're aiming to raise £80,000 for MASS Action, a volunteer-led charity that support grassroots projects like Khora, a social kitchen, asylum support centre and free shop for displaced people in Athens.

The aim is to empower dignified and sustainable initiatives for migrants and asylum seekers across Europe from the UK to Greece. 💪
