Why the Half Marathon? - I wanted to set myself a real physical challenge to kick 2014 off - I've never run more than a 10k before and thought it might be fun!

Why the Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust? - having a relative who flies the helicopter for CAAT has shown me first hand the vital work that they do in helping to save lives. We visit Cornwall often and its reassuring to know that they will be there if needed.
