Hi all budding footballers
Fancy yourself as a player? Want to take on some Ely College old boys from 2007-12? Want to showcase your talent in the hope that you may yet be spotted (or just re-live the good ol' days!)?
Well this is your opportunity! I am holding a testimonial - drinks after work just seemed a bit too standard for my liking! - after six brilliant years at Ely College and before I head off for pastures new. It will be on Friday 5 July, kick off at 3.30pm, at Ely City FC (thanks to Stuart P).
There will be a £5 playing fee, raising yet more cash in aid of SANDS (and this way is far less painful for me personally!). You can pledge your playing fee at www.justgiving.com/stefstoneman and guarantee your 45 minutes of footballing history.
If you are not a 'player', do feel free to come along and spectate, officiate or indeed scream at my bulging Roberto Carlos leg muscles. There will be an obligatory drink after the game too.
