I lost a very dear friend and a world lost a very beautiful woman. 

Tomorrow I am setting off on a challenging trip to cycle my lazy bum across Costa Rica. 

Melanoma  skin cancer was not something I was very aware of until Natalie was diagnosed only a year ago. 

Please give any pounds and pennies you can spare to raise awareness of this little understood but deadly disease. Thanks a million.
