I am walking the 10km walk in memory of my Grandma, who passed away three years ago. She suffered many years before she passed away. It really is hard to watch someone you have shared so many happy memeories with as a child change infront of your eyes. The illness changes people and they become unrecognisable to their families, causing great suffering - something I and my family know about deeply. I wanted to help make people aware of this illness, and fundraise to help other familie who are suffering too.

It's a worth while cause, and effects so many people across the UK. Please dig deep as all donations really can help and it would mean a great deal to me.
