Story

Thank you so so much for taking the time to donate!

Together with my colleagues at Whyte and MacKay around the globe, we are running, cycling, walking or rowing our way around the globe to raise money for mental health charities the world over.

Mental health is so important and now more than ever, people may require the services of SAMH or an equivalent body to speak to someone impartial to help them through a difficult time. One in four of us in the UK will suffer from a mental illness during our lifetime, and the best thing to do if you're not feeling okay is to seek help if you don't feel okay.

So I'm donning my running shoes and will try to move at pace to cover 200km over the next 8 weeks - wish me luck! (gulp)

Thanks in advance for supporting, it really means a lot!
