As you know I have been involved in quite a bit of charity work.  In recent years I have just made my own donations. 

I am now raising money for Destination Florida on an ongoing basis.  Destination Florida is a charity that takes approximately 80 severely ill and/or under privileged children on a holiday of a lifetime whilst at the same time providing much needed support to their families. 

It was my pleasure to join the trip this year and, along with a team of medical staff and volunteers, we took the children to Florida for a once in a lifetime trip.

I have to honestly say that I never seen organisation, camaraderie, and most importantly genuine care and respect for the children and patients that I saw on our trip, it really was a pleasure and extreme learning curve to be part of it.

This time, in support of this very wonderful charity, I am cycling around Cuba to raise money for them.  I have paid all the costs and expenses myself but am also asking for your support - every penny will go to this very worthy charity.
