On Saturday 25th September I'm taking on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge to help raise funds for my Liverpool Hospitals - The Royal, Aintree and Broadgreen. 

This will involve a 24 mile hike, with over 5000 feet of ascent up Yorkshires' famous Three Peaks - Pen-Y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough - with the aim of completing in under 12 hours. I am personally aiming to complete this in under 10 hours! Wish me luck and any contributions you can make are hugely appreciated!
