PAPYRUS is the national charity for the prevention of young suicide. We run HOPELINE247 0800 068 4141 a freephone confidential helpline staffed by trained professionals who give advice, support & information to anyone who is feeling suicidal, or concerned that a young person they know may be at risk

Story

As most people know I've been training for the half marathon, having done the 10km last year. Considering my wee legs I think I almost do a full marathon compared to the rest of the runners!!!

However myself and a couple of other guys in Lomond and Clyde Pipe Band ( Timmy Hall & Gareth Gardner) have decided to run it in memory of Lochlann with all money we raise going to Papyrus. More information on Papyrus can be found here - http://www.papyrus-uk.org/about

We'll have individual Just Giving pages but it will all be clubbed together in one memory page. If anyone wishes to donate to any of us we'd be extremely grateful. It is for an exceptionally good cause and one that's close to us all.
