Martin House supports children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families, across West, North and East Yorkshire. Their vision is that every child and young person has access to palliative care when and where they need it.

The Walkers a have received care from Martin House for their daughter Holly for many years. They have always striven to make Holly's life as fun and memory filled as possible for both her and her siblings, Elliot, Isobel and Phoebe. The Dibbs and the Walkers have been like family for years and Holly is our Superhero.

I have had the privilege of raising funds for Martin House before as a thank you for everything they do, and thank you to all who have donated previously.

This year with the help of Martin House and KUTA outdoors (who have organised a team of selfless volunteers) we are taking Holly to the top of Pen-y- Ghent  in her wheelchair.  

This is an incredible challenge but something we have all embraced to make an unforgettable experience for her and the rest of the family (not to mention those taking part).
