Thank you for supporting the Chilterns MS Centre. We help people living with multiple sclerosis (MS) by offering a number of life changing and supportive therapies and treatments that are effective for the patient. We treat 330 patients each week and no one is ever turned away.

We chose this local charity as its very close to our hearts and Nathan approached us with the idea of climbing the National 3 Peaks, something I did with some fellow Overbury crazies about 10 years ago when I was much fitter. I initially promised to help with the training as I knew what feat was ahead of the team and the training needed to achieve this within the very challenging 24 hour period. Needless to say after some gentle persuasion I found myself also taking part! We have all been challenged to raise £800 each but to date we are still about £5k short of our target so I thought what better way than to beg to all my fellow colleagues, friends and subcontractors to help us reach our target! Please do give any amount however small as every pound will help us get nearer our target and with less than 5 weeks to go we really do need to get cracking!

I have to say from a personal level the training has been much harder than I remembered it but were not getting any younger and need to make that extra effort to lose the wobbles and gain that long lost muscle, thanks so much for taking the time to read this and please please do contribute however small we are all very grateful.
