This October I will be cycling and hiking approximately 350km from Ziyuan, through the Yuecheng Mountains and the limestone karst peaks and ancient villages along the Li River finally cycling into Yangshuo. As always I will be pushed to the limits of endurance to raise money for Norwood.

Norwood provides support and services for children, families and people with learning disabilities. This will be my 12th bike ride raising money for this great cause, so please donate as much as you can.
