Mitchell Lewis -  21 years old, intelligent, kind, fun & loved by a lot of people. Sadly he has left us for now but we will all see him again.

Mitch left us without realising how much he was loved. In memory of him like the Swansea 10K - I shall be particpating in the Newport Half Marathon for the charity MIND.  

MIND support anyone who has any form of Mental Health Issue. Help us raise as much money as possible for MIND and help those who feel vunerable and ate suffering with depression know that there is help and support out there and that they can overcome their problems and live a happy life with those that love and care about them.
