The Brighter Futures staff team will undertake a 10-mile walk in order to raise funds for these two charities. The route will take us along the five-mile road, through Corbiere, St. Brelade and St. Aubin and into St. Helier, along the Esplanade.

Story

On Friday 10th December 2021, members of the Brighter Futures staff team will undertake a 10-mile walk in order to raise funds for both Brighter Futures and the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association, Jersey. The route will take us along the five-mile road, through Corbiere, St. Brelade and St. Aubin and into St. Helier, along the Esplanade. Were undertaking this challenge because we want to raise awareness of and funds for MND, a life-changing condition for which sadly, there is currently no cure. Earlier this year, someone close to the hearts of all at Brighter Futures was sadly diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease. They remain someone who makes us smile each day. We will be thinking of them and talking about how they have inspired us as we walk and enjoy Jerseys beautiful coastline (and its many steep bits.) Any proceeds raised from this walk will be divided equally between Brighter Futures Jersey Registered No 204 and the Motor Neurone Disease Association Registered No 043.
