This is an extremely Tough Endurance race which could end up taking around 8 to 10 hours to complete.  

I will be running from Manchester to Liverpool in a team of 38 runners Covering 50 miles of trail, roads and canal paths.

All together we want to raise 10k for this amazing charity!
