Thanks for supporting my fundraising. Macmillan gives people with cancer everything they’ve got. I am running this race in memory of Jonny Millar, June Feeney and Shirley McKinley, 3 members of my close family who have died due to this horrible disease in the past 3 years. My Grandfather Billy Millar is currently battling as we speak. The help MacMillan offer to my Family and thousands of others on a daily basis is vital to giving cancer patients the best life possible in their time of need. Please donate generously.  HYROX is a global fitness race for Every Body. Participants from all around the world compete in the exact same format. The race starts with a 1 km run, followed by 1 functional movement, which repeats 8 times, taking place in large indoor venues, creating a unique stadium like atmosphere for all participants.
