I'm no runner (cycling is more my thing!) but fate would have that on the anniversary of my beloved wife Maureen's passing there is a running event in our nearby town.

Every day without her is a difficult one, and this will be no different and possibly more difficult than others gone by.  But on the 8th March 2015, I will be looking to run (maybe walk a little) a 5k distance.  Mo will be in my mind continuously, pushing me to the end, so that I can raise money for the charity CLIC Sargent which she chose to enable children and their families living with Cancer to be supported and cared for.

So please continue to support me and the rest of the team members and give anything you can and remember Maureen for the love, care and generosity she gave us all.
