In January 2017, I set myself a mission to get fit by joining my local gym. This soon progressed to an interest in running with the added benefit of losing some weight. In total now I have lost just under 4 stone, this will be the furthest I have challenged myself to run and I'm equally as nervous as I am excited!

I work for Stevens Business Systems, who have been supporting The Joe Glover Trust for a few years, so I am really pleased that I can do this for them. As a father to three children myself, It is a charity that means a lot to so many people so I will try to raise as much money as I can for them.
