The Air Ambulance serve the 10 million people that live work and travel within the M25, treating an average of five patients every day. The most common incidents they attend include road traffic collisions, stabbings and shooting, falls from height and incidents on the rail network .

On 9th/10th May 2020 Mark and I will be riding the 155 miles that make up the Dulux London Revolution. Saturday will see us ride 82 miles with a stopover at Windsor and the remaining 73 miles on Sunday.

Just 5 days later we will be joined by Justin as all 3 of us set off to the Southern Alps. Here we will cycle up the Lacets De Montvernier, made famous in the Tour de France 2015.

Then on 16th August all 3 of us will take part in the Prudential RideLondon 2020. We are aiming to complete this epic 100 mile ride in less than 6 hours.
