I am pleased and relieved to say that on June 15th I joined 14,000 other riders and completed the bike ride, I even managed to pedal all the way up the infernal Ditchling Beacon.

Thanks to everyone who have helped me reach a fantastic fund for the cause. As you can see from the T shirt, the ride was in memory of my brother Jeff and nephew Angus.
