Sadly we lost our mother May this year after a long battle to cancer. We all still miss her so much and she will be forever in our hearts. It the little thing that makes the upset return, but we are all trying to keep positive and remember the good time and try not to dwell on the sad.

So to that end the Manchester 10K is over my mother birthday and so what better way of bringing our family and to raise money for what is an outstanding organisation.

The Hospice that our mother spent her last few day was sponsored by Macmillan so I just wanted to use this opportunity to give a little back for all they did for our mother and our family during this very difficult time.
