On Friday 4th / Saturday 5th July, I will be taking part in The Three Peaks Challenge.  The objective is to climb the highest mountains in Scotland (Ben Nevis), England (Scafell Pike) and Wales (Snowdon) within 24 hours.  Not an easy challenge but the causes which the London & Capital Foundation supports will make it all worthwhile.  The Foundation focuses on helping children who are living in conditions of extreme poverty - conditions which it is difficult to imagine from the comfort of Britain.  Equally, in the poorer parts of the world a few pounds or dollars can make a huge difference to a child's life.  We actively support charitable projects, both with financial donations and practical support.
