AWARE is the depression charity for Northern Ireland - and the only charity working exclusively for people with depression and bipolar disorder by providing education and support. With 1 in 4 people experiencing depression at some point in our lives, AWARE's mission is to promote emotional health and well-being, help people build resilience and maintain positive mental health. The current social distancing measures are putting a strain on the mental health of many in Northern Ireland. AWARE will strive to continue to be a source of support for those who need it but need your help. 

With AWARE's fundraising events being put on hold due to COVID-19, they need support from people like you so they can continue supporting people who are struggling with their mental health, particularly at this difficult time. All funds raised will go towards supporting those living in Northern Ireland with depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. 

For your donation I'll be walking 5k for 5 days each week in May.
