From Wednesday the 22nd of July I will be participating with my fellow Mix it up members and Human Appeal by taking on the steps challenge which involves me walking 20,000 steps daily until the 23rd of August. 

We have taken on this challenge to raise money in order to provide the less fortunate people of Tharparkar in Pakistan a sustainable solar powered water well which will enable an entire village to practise good hygiene, feed livestock and grow crops, as well as having lovely safe water to drink! 

Last year my aunty sadly passed away after battling terminal cancer. A memory of hers that has stayed with me forever is how charitable she was to everyone. This has inspired me to raise money for a well in her name and to continue on her legacy.
