My mum has dementia - the deterioration has been quick and as a family we are having to learn very quickly about how best to support my wonderful mum.

Holly and I have decided that we want to do something positive in the face of some very challenging times so we plan to walk 850,000 steps in the next 3 months which is 9,000 a 10,000 steps per day!
