During my Lady Captaincy at St Mellons Golf Club, I am raising money for the Alzheimer's Society. 

Having lived with a loved one who has suffered from dementia, I have seen first-hand the impact it has on family and friends.

Over the next 3 months, I will be walking a total of 900,000 steps, a step for each person currently living with Dementia in the Uk. 

One in three of us, born in the UK today will develop dementia in our lifetimes. It is one of the biggest health and social care challenges the UK is currently facing. 

I'm taking on Step Up for Dementia. 900,000 people are currently living with dementia across the UK. Until the day we find a cure, Alzheimer's Society is here for everyone affected.
