Toybox – changing the world for street children. Committed to ending the global injustice of children living and working on the streets. Our vision is of a just world in which no child is forced to live or work on the streets. Your support will transform the lives of vulnerable street children.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page to raise money for Toybox's work with street children around the world.

Throughout the month of May, I will be running on the spot to raise money for Toybox. This running will take place at home, whilst my wife Josie and I are isolating during the Coronavirus crisis, as we are both registered blind.

We have chosen to fundraise for Toybox as our hearts go out to helping children who are in need and street children - who have no safe place to go during this crisis - are some of the most vulnerable.

Your donations will help Toybox reach children some of the most vulnerable children with emergency care and will also enable them to support these children not just today, but tomorrow, the next day and for the many difficult weeks to come.

  • £11 will buy a street child a personal hygiene kit to help them stay clean, healthy and protected from disease
  • £16 will buy an emergency food package for a street child to help build their strength and keep them healthy
  • £32 will register a street child with a life-changing piece of paper - their birth certificate - which will enable them to access vital emergency government support and services like healthcare

Please join me as aim to reach 30,000 steps and Step up for Street Children in May! Thank you.
