I'm raising vital funds for Shape Up. Shape Up is an adult weight management programme run by Watford Football Club's Community Sports and Education Trust that has successfully been running for 4 and a half years and has seen over 1600 men graduate with a combined weight loss of over 6 tonnes. There are unquestionably many more that would benefit from this programme and I want to help Shape Up do that!

Hopefully I'll be encouraging other men to get support from  the great people at WFC CSET to help them get fit, eat well and maintain a healthy lifestyle. And to show that things like age are no barrier to taking on new challenges. Happy, Healthy HORNETS!

I haven't really set a target for fundraising, I'd just like to raise as much as possible to help keep delivering schemes like this that help so many people right across the community.
