This campaign is to raise the final funding needed to bring a closed road cycle circuit to West Lothian. As you may know I volunteer with the West Lothian Clarion youth coaching and it would be so brilliant to have a closed road circuit in central Scotland, so that people young and old could cycle for sport and for recreation and develop their skills.
