Over the last 40 years, the Asthma Society of Ireland has been dedicated to empowering Ireland's 470,000 asthma sufferers to take control of their asthma, by providing them and their families with information, services and support.

Story

am raising money for the Irish Asthma Society in memory of Dylan McLoughlin.  Dylan was just sixteen when he died, a little over a year ago.  He was a fit and active boy, out mountain biking with his pals during half-term break, when he tragically suffered a fatal asthma attack.  Dylan lived in Naas, Co. Kildare, Ireland, with his Mum & Dad, Joan & Tom, his younger brothers Fionn & Glen, and beloved dog Drisco.

It was unimaginable to me that asthma could strike down a fit teenager like Dylan, who played rugby at Under 17 for his local club in Naas.  His family chose The Asthma Society of Ireland as their mission is to save lives and improve the lives of people with asthma.  Their vision is every one with asthma living a full life, symptom free.
