Hi and thanks loads for coming to my website. I'm very happy to be running the Brighton Marathon on behalf of Age UK East Sussex for a fourth year. This is a brilliant, inspiring, charity helping older people many of whom are vulnerable and isolated. Age UK East Sussex makes a massive difference by treating people with respect and dignity, and by offering  information and advice, practical support and services that help keep people living independently and withthe best possible quality of life.

For anyone who knows, or has known, some amazing older people in their lives, this is the type of charity that should be helped. It's its well worth a few blisters and, yes, the odd bout of nipple-rash (ouch!)

The training is going well but there are times when I definately feel like an old man -usually at about mile 18!! Any way, love and hugs and please give generously.
