Two races. An ultra-marathon in the UK, 100km (62 miles) from London to Brighton in May. Then in November the Ice Marathon 26.2 miles on Antarctica. Both tough races and many hours and hundreds and hundreds of miles of training. 

I have an opportunity to get behind a charity that does so much great work helping children who are effected by war around the world. Spend some time on their website, the stories are humbling. 

I have not asked for your help before. Please dig deep, I am, and help me to help War Child.
