For those who know me understand that I am a very private person. But I have thought long and hard about a situation I find myself in and for the greater good I need to share this.

I have been diagnosed with Prostate cancer - Currently having Hormone treatment and just about to set off on my Treatment journey.

Prostate Cancer is a silent killer and can spread quickly through your body, so I have decided to help raise some money to help create new treatments.

I plan to do this walk whilst undergoing treatment as " you either find a way --or you'll find an excuse" 

Prostate Cancer Research are dedicated to creating brand new prostate cancer treatments. Prostate cancer is now the most diagnosed cancer in the UK and 11,500 men die from the disease every year. People affected by prostate cancer need breakthrough treatments, and research is the only way to turn this hope into reality. Combining patient stories and scientific expertise, PCR funds projects that have a real impact, reducing side-effects, cutting treatment costs and ultimately improving outcomes.
