I have been very fortunate to travel the globe filming animals in their natural habitats and wildlife conservation projects trying to preserve them . I'm walking 50k in one day to raise vital funds for Wildlife Vets International. We all know saving species from extinction is a complicated puzzle, with no quick fix. The challenges those who work in conservation are immense, however we all have a role to play.The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted the risks all species, humans included, face from emerging infectious disease. As natural barriers between wildlife, livestock and people continue to be eroded, those risks also increase.
