Story

On 13th September, I’ll be taking on the London to Brighton bike ride — a challenging 55-mile journey — to raise money for Mind, a charity that means a great deal to me.

At 53 years old, this is a big personal challenge for me. It’s not something I take on lightly, and I know it will push me both physically and mentally — especially with plenty of hills along the way (including the infamous Ditchling Beacon!).

But this isn’t just about the ride. It’s about raising awareness and support for something that affects so many people.

Mental health struggles affect so many of us, often in ways that aren’t always visible. That’s why I’m passionate about supporting Mind — to help ensure that no one has to face these challenges alone, and that more people can access the support they need when they need it most.

Every donation, no matter how small, will make a real difference and is hugely appreciated. Thank you so much for your support 💙
