This is a horrible disease and he went through so much pain of which we have no Idea.I have ran Plymouth Half Marathon for St Luke's and completed an Half Ironman event in northwales for Diabetes as Dad was diabetic also. I have also complted Ironman Wales in my 50 th Year. I still hear of Friends and Family coping with cancer. A friend from old school days has been dignosed with cancer and inspried me to try and help more. So here I am again asking all my friends to help me help others as the Nurses do such a fantasic job in supporting cancer patients.
