Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm walking 75 miles from Ulverston to Carlisle from 18th to 23rd October to raise funds for Quo Vadis Trust, a marvelous charity that works with those who suffer from mental health issues and who are amongst the most vulnerable and marginalised people in our community. I work for Quo Vadis Trust so see every day the great things we do for our clients.

I am a keen, although not always successful gardener, and am raising money to provide gardening activities for QVT's clients. This will enable our clients to improve their mental health and aid their journey to independence.

Some of you will know that I have suffered from mental health issues, which can effect anyone. Please do support my walk to help QVT's clients regain their independence
