After 2 years of living through COVID I’ve put on a few pounds, so I’ve set myself a 2022 challenge.  In June, Wendy and I will be jetting off to
Carvoeiro in Portugal.  From my home in South Wales, I intend to cycle the equivalent distance of 1032 miles, as the crow flies, on my exercise bike, in aid of the Royal Military Police Central Benevolent Fund.  In 1994, I suffered life changing injuries in a climbing accident leaving me a partial paraplegic with no feeling below my waist, I know what’s the worst that can happen!
