Brighton Marathon 2018 · 15 April 2018 ·

Pancreatic Cancer Action is the only UK charity dedicated to saving lives through early diagnosis. Pancreatic cancer is the 5th biggest cancer killer and the 10th most common cancer in the UK. Your support means we can continue to raise awareness of the symptoms to ensure early diagnosis.

Story

We lost Margaret, my Mother-In-Law to Pancreatic Cancer on March 14th 2015.

One of Margaret's attitudes to life was "just do it" so here I am again Margaret only this time i'm playing with the big boys and girls and I've set my sights higher by running the Brighton marathon in your memory.

Unfortunately the prognosis for people with pancreatic cancer is frequently very poor because of a late diagnosis. PCA are working to improve this so anything you would like to give is very much appreciated.
