As you know I do like sport but 100 km on Bank Holiday weekend is well out of my comfort zone! I am willing to get out of my comfort zone to raise the funds for this amazing charity and hope to lose some serious weight while I am training...

Over the years some good friends and I have managed to raise quite substantial amounts for Camp KEF.

Camp KEF does amazing work for children with a wide range of special needs and disabilities throughout the UK and Europe. Kef was founded in 2006 with 4 children, growing to 36 children over the past year.

They provide out-of-school activities, recreational events & trips and residential weekends including summer and winter sleep away camps. At KEF they ensure a caring, loving environment, where each child’s individual needs are catered for. Kef is staffed by an incredibly devoted and willing team of experienced, energetic and caring volunteers who are all proud to belong to the KEF family.
