Post Ride Report

Ok so the ride was cut to 86 miles because of the remnants of Tornado Big Bertha blowing through.... With concerns of carnage on the downhills it was probably the right call but a shame. 4 thousand DNF but 20 thousand did and there was still carnage with flooding, punctures and bodies everywhere. The rain was biblical but in the excitement Bertha seemed on our backs and I beat Chris Boardman by 4minutes 39 seconds. Perhaps he wasn't trying, he has let himself go a bit........

Anyway thanks for your all the support, much appreciated and sorry to bother you in the first place. Without mentioning names, there was only one person who hasn't sponsored me. However there is still time Mike, I think your pension comes through this Friday doesn't it?.....
