Join Action Village India's annual Walk for Women to support disadvantaged women and girls in rural India on this Saturday, July 9.

I support Action Village India because it is grounded in deep, long-term partnership with community-led organizations making a difference in India. These partnerships are at the heart of Action Village India’s work and many of these relationships have spanned decades. 

The Indian partner organizations are all experts in developing projects to best serve their local communities. My life was changed in many ways by a stint in India with a program supported by this walk – the Association for Sarva Seva Farms. Rarely does a day pass that some memory or lesson from that time doesn’t come to mind.
