Thanks for taking the time to read my just giving page.

In these challenging times I thought that it would be good to try to raise a few quid by shaving all of my hair off! I’m fortunate to be over 60 and to still have a full mop on top. I’m also one of the lucky ones because so far I’ve managed to avoid getting infected and I’m sat at home working safely but we really have no idea what sacrifices and risks our amazing Heath Care workers are doing in this huge daily fight against an unseen deadly virus. Forget what I look like and what people think of me..it’s not the time for egos or being materialistic..it’s time to be supportive of family and loved ones.To put others first. My hair will grow back ( hopefully) but you know what...it’s really not important in the scheme of things. What I’ve learnt during this awful pandemic is that we can all support and care for one another rather than be vain and self indulgent.

Thanks to you all who support me and if you fancy it joining me in starting a another type of NHS (National Head Shave)...then let’s go for it!!
