Royal Berks - Bracknell Kit For the Clinic · 31 December 2011 ·

Royal Berks Charity supports the Royal Berkshire NHS FT. Through fundraising and donations we are able to add extra value and support pioneering work for those that need us. We hope our work inspires you to join us on this exciting journey to help more patients and their families every day.

Story

Taking place at The Crispin pub in Wokingham, starting at 8pm on Friday 29th July, we're doing another darts marathon! The aim will be to walk the distance of a marathon whilst playing darts continuously, and we'll be hoping to beat last year's time of 40 hours exactly. Players from the local Wokingham Independant Darts League will be throwing in shifts to complete the distance. There will be a barbeque on the weekend in the pub garden, a raffle & chances to win a prize by predicting how many times the players throw 100+, and everyone is welcome to come and support us!

We are raising money for The Royal Berkshire Bracknell Clinic's 'Kit For The Clinic' appeal. RBBC is a newly-opened clinic in Bracknell, specialising in state-of-the-art treatment for cancer and renal patients. The appeal aims to raise money to purchase equipment that will enhance a patient's stay at the clinic, be it for thrice-weekly kidney dialysis or daily chemotherapy treatment. Please support us and help us raise as much money as possible to improve the quality of patients' lives. Many thanks.
