Superhero Tri at Dorney Lake on 17 August 2019 is big, bold and it’s gutsy! It’s the UKs only disability sports triathlon.  We will be swimming 400m across a lake, cycling 10km with Becca in a specially adapted bike, and running 2.5km with Becca by our side. It’s an awesome event with over a 1000 competitors and each team will have a disabled person on board calling the shots! Channel 4 will be there recording the event, and numerous famous paralympians will be competing too!
